Real constraints.

MA’IN GHANEM / ENGINEER · BUILDER · LEAD
I LEAD THE BUILD.
ma'in.Technical ownership doesn't end at the meeting. I take on the architecture, the ambiguity, the integration failures — and I stay close enough to the code to know what actually works.

I GET IN THERE AND FIX IT.
I lead developers, make architecture decisions, untangle integrations, and get software out of the door. When the problem crosses five teams, two platforms, and a release deadline, that's usually where I do my best work.
Architecture, integration, people and releases. Different problems, same commitment: own the work and make it real.
Turning unclear goals into a plan the team can execute. Mentoring, reviewing, making decisions, and doing the difficult implementation when that's what the work needs.
Different languages. Different stacks. Different problems. My job is to make them work together.
Cross-platform mobile, frontend architecture, shared SDKs, native integration, design systems, and the release process that turns code into working software.
AI agents, model integrations, intelligent search, speech and streaming workflows, automation, retrieval and the engineering surrounding the model.
Web platforms and backend services are part of the story. So are gameplay systems, interactive worlds and the original game experiments that started my love of creating things.
STILL CURIOUS. STILL BUILDING.
Sometimes the fastest way to understand an engineer is to see what they make for fun. Squash the glitches before the timer runs out.
